The restoration project for St Swithun’s Tower in Great Chishill is progressing, with nearly £53,000 raised through fundraising events, and plans for repairs and new facilities pending diocesan approval and Heritage Lottery Fund support.
The Great Chishill and Heydon Children’s Christmas Party and Youth Club events were successful, with over 50 children attending the party featuring Father Christmas, and the Youth Club hosting a Disco & Pizza night while collecting food donations for a local homeless shelter.
