You may have seen Angus Gent out, looking very sporty on a bicycle lately, and wondered what he was up to, apart from keeping fit! He is racking up the kilometres helping his nephew and family to do 4000kms of physical activity in 31 days, raising money for Alzheimer’s Research.
This debilitating disease contributed to the death of Angus’ nephew’s granny. All this activity is called 4thousand4granny and if you would like to support Angus and his family in this fundraising effort you can do so by following this link .
Although the 31 days are now up and the family has raised over £6000 they would still welcome donations towards find a cure for this debilitating disease.
