The Charity Winter Ball successfully raised a profit of £1,218, which will be shared equally between the St Swithun’s Bells Fund and the Bowel Disease Research Fund at Addenbrooke’s, thanks to the support of attendees and organisers.
Melbourn’s Pippins Children’s Centre, now located next to Melbourn Primary School, offers free activities and services for expectant parents and children aged 0-5, and is seeking donations of spare car seats to assist families without transport access.
